Payment

You can pay your order by prepayment (bank transfer), Paypal, direct debit or credit card.

Shipping

We usually ship by DHL.

The shipping costs are shown in the order process.

Please note that the complete processing can take up to 10 business days.

Germany

The shipping and handling costs within Germany are: 5,90 EUR

EU

The shipping and handling costs to the EU are:

  • < 1 kg: 9,90 EUR (without tracking) - a flexaport set with up to 200 bags usually weighs < 1 kg
  • above 1 kg: 14,90 EUR (with tracking)

Switzerland

The shipping and handling costs to Switzerland are:

  • < 1 kg: 9,90 EUR (without tracking) - a flexaport set with up to 200 bags usually weighs < 1 kg
  • above 1 kg: 25,90 EUR (with tracking)

If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for the details before placing the order.

Alternatively, we recommend using the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. All customs formalities and delivery to your doorstep will then be handled by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee.

Other countries

For deliveries to countries not listed above, please inquire via the contact form.

Returns

Do you want to make a return?

Please send the package back to the address below as well as an email to info@flexaport.de with the following information::

  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for the return, e.g.
    • 1 Wrong order/exchange
    • 2 wrongly delivered
    • 3. defect
    • 4 Other reason
